Positions:

Customer Support Specialist

If you are highly‐organized and technically strong, the ideal candidate will be a consummate people person with an outgoing personality and a keen interest in becoming intimately familiar with ClinicServer and its customers. A willingness and ability to help with direct‐marketing, training, and documentation, during down‐time would definitely be a plus.

You will:

  • Respond by phone, email and to customer support inquiries and feature suggestions
  • Keep the rest of the team well‐informed of user feedback and requests
  • Track down and root out the cause of any issues and co‐ordinate resolution with the rest of the team
  • Help develop and improve customer support work flows and supporting software
  • Improve help and tutorial resources
  • Build tools to help automate work where possible
  • Answer incoming client calls, email.
  • Assist Clients, by phone, logging on to client system or go to meeting.
  • Advocate of client needs: this includes scope definition, requirements development, issue resolution/risk mitigation, testing, operational readiness and go-live planning/support.
  • Responsible for client facing relationships as established for the purposes of implementation activities and/or client facing support.
  • Demonstrate the ability to consult and collaborate with client counterparts to work through the Implementation Framework.
  • Responsible to facilitate issue resolution focus sessions, gap analysis, and other client facing sessions as needed or assigned.
  • Responsible for the advancement of Continuous Quality Improvement for Implementation, considering best practice for process, procedure, technology and templates.
  • Interface with the Sales & Marketing teams to provide implementation content.
  • Support ongoing Business Development and Sales activities by serving as an integration SME during customer onboard.
  • Monitor and escalate associated issues and risks to the appropriate leadership.
  • Support other departmental, development, and continuous improvement efforts as needed.

Position Details:

  • This position is Regular full‐time (35-40 hours per week).

Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for selling ClinicServer products and services and will be the sales lead in a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales leads. The focus will be on targeting and landing new accounts. This position calls for a driven person who thrives on winning new business, understanding the business challenges of Clinics and can clearly communicate the value of the solution to the stakeholder. Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets set by management.
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by cultivating strong business relationships.
  • Analyze client needs.
  • Liaise with internal resources to solve customer problems, provide excellent service to customers, and ensure correct service implementation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned and acquired accounts.
  • Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals, sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Cultivate relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to create market awareness.
  • Provide detailed account information on both prospects and customers by using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree/College Diploma and or equivalent experince
  • 2+ years of sales experience in consultative/solution selling environment.
  • Proficient with the Open Office Suite and CRM tools such as Vtiger.
  • Ability to sell ideas and concepts, not just products.
  • Creative, innovative, outside the box thinker and the ability to demonstrate value

Business Analyst

Reporting to the CTO, the Business Analyst is responsible for working with a team of individuals to document current software needs by analyzing existing tools and software. He/she will also analyze and design future business processes, develop software requirements and advocate for the needs of the business. This role will work as a team member to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and coordinated fashion for meeting release targets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews, workshops and surveys to gather as-is states, analyze and design to-be states, and define functional and non-functional software requirements
  • Create requirements documents, process maps, use cases and user stories
  • Coalesce information from many sources in order to define business processes
  • Use your interview experience to elicit detailed information when required and enough information to convey a general understanding when that is all that is relevant
  • Analyze business processes, be able to identify conflicts, redundancies and opportunities for process improvement
  • Work with developers, help to design user interfaces and assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Interface with Customer Support and deployment initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining project issue logs
  • Contribute ideas, participate in meetings and share responsibility for project completion
  • Provide guidance and support to the business in your role as a liaison with stakeholders
  • Responsible for document management related to all software and process re-engineering projects requiring business analyst assistance

Education/Experience:

  • Preference will be given to a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • CBA or CBAP certification is preferable
  • Skilled in using document management systems
  • Experience with a number of software development methodologies, including agile
  • 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Document Management: Open Office
  • Modeling: Microsoft Visio or other tools
  • Business Applications: Open Office
  • Operating Systems: Windows XP/7
  • Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, use cases, user stories, as-is and to-be state diagrams, swim lane diagrams

    • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQLServer Reporting Services, SQLServer Integration Services

Software Developer

The Software Developers creates quality SAAS software for the Health Care Industry.  Designs software solutions from business requirements, writes, tests, reviews, and implements software. Produces software based on Internet standards, mobility standards, and/or other as required standards. The role will maintain and enhance the software development environment as required and/or directed. Acts as a technical resource to projects, to participate in software design and research efforts, and to mentor junior resources as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, define, present and recommend software designs and/or alternative strategies
  • Perform design reviews
  • Interface with other members of the company
  • Proficiency in Software Design, Software Engineering Tools and Methods, Software Construction and Software Testing

Education/Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree Computer Science/IT and/or 2 year college certification with equivalent work experience
  • A minimum 6 months of software development work
