Chris Boudreau, Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Chris leads the company’s strategic vision and builds relationships with IT partners and investors in Canada and abroad. Chris has 20 years experience in managing strategy and risk in global IT firms. With a first-hand understanding of the enterprise IT services, Chris is a consummate customer advocate, and solutions provider. He finds opportunity in every challenge. Since taking the lead at IBL-Internet Business Logic Inc. in 2010, Chris has coordinated a significant equity investment from the regional Angel Investment community and also local IT companies.
Paul Kasdan, Chief Strategic Officer
As the Chief Strategic Officer and founder of IBL-Internet Business Logic Inc., Paul’s vision was, and continues to be, making clinics operate more efficiently. It was during his time as a practitioner and partner in a multi-location clinic that Paul created ClinicServer. It was the first software as a service (SaaS) application in the world for physical therapy. Paul has since grown the company across Canada and continues to design and implement strategies that help ClinicServer continue its growth into a global IT health care product.
Tom McLean, Chief Technology Officer
In Tom’s role as Chief Technology Officer, he leads the team that makes ClinicServer the easy-to-use, fully functional product it is today. Tom manages development and database infrastructure. Prior to joining IBL, Tom led teams to build and maintain other highly reliable 24/7 high-volume systems. He specializes in technology strategies for delivering large scale systems with high demands in security, confidentiality, and accuracy. Tom’s Masters in Computer Science was earned by building a training scheduling system for Canadian Forces Base Gagetown.
Stephen Alexander, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Steve’s focus is numbers: plain and simple. He has extensive experience with financial computer systems. With Steve’s MBA in Finance, he keeps the company on track through financial models that allow ClinicServer to grow.
Mark MacPherson, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Mark ensures that employees have the tools they need to perform and succeed. Mark has extensive experience in process improvement and quality control including Lean Six Sigma, best practices and ISO processes. With 14 years experience in the IT industry, Mark excels at improving operational efficiency and optimizing productivity. Mark has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Brunswick.
Kelly Lawson, Director of Community
As Director of Community, Kelly brings many years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and consultant in private practice. She has a knack for social media and sets the content marketing strategy for the company. She brings perspective in user experience and understands that social business is about building a community around your brand.
Dave Carter, Support Services Manager
As Support Services Manager, Dave is responsible for supporting ClinicServer’s customers by: phone, email, documentation, training videos and more. With Dave’s education and 9+ years of IT experience our customers get the treatment and respect they deserve, the first time. Dave has an Electronic Engineering Technology certificate from NBCC.
Justin Kennedy, Software Engineer
As Software Engineer, Justin builds and improves features in the ClinicServer application, with a strong focus on usability. Justin has enjoyed 14 years of experience in the software development industry. His motto is: “If you want to enjoy life, discover your passion and make a career out of it” and that is what he’s done.
Joe Cormier, Product Research Analyst
As the Product Research Analyst, Joe helps to define the vision of the product with the collection and analysis of product requirements from market sources. He also works closely with members of the development team, corporate management and clients to assist with the growth of the product vision. Joe’s past experiences as a Kinesiologist for a Physio clinic and as the Director of Client Services for a software company put him in a unique position to contribute to ClinicServer.
Eileen Boroski, Business Analyst
As Business Analyst, Eileen works with the team to analyze and document software needs for ClinicServer including business processes for functional and non-functional software requirements. This involves providing the documentation and support needed to translate current application functionality to future needed capabilities. Eileen has worked in the software industry for over 20 years. Previously she directed the efforts of software engineering teams in the development of 9-1-1 public safety applications. Eileen has a Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.
Shawn Price, Product Consultant
As Product Consultant, Shawn brings several years of direct and telephone sales experience. His training and skills ensure the transition to using cloud-based clinic management software is as smooth as possible. Looking to the future, he can see how every discipline and vertical can benefit from using ClinicServer to grow their business.
