You have gone through multiple resumes, countless job interviews just so you can choose from a final selection of potential candidates for your clinic. Once all the references have been contacted and you have made your final choice, even more time has to be spent with training. Every other week some bank economist, government official or corporate CEO complains about the state of our economy and says that we need to improve our productivity in order to meet the global challenge. After a while it’s like the weather, it seems everybody complains about it but nobody does anything about it. And, what can you do about it? The global challenge is too big and complex. Maybe so, but the productivity challenge facing your clinic is one thing you can do something about.

ClinicServer FLEX offers more flexible solutions for our customers. For example, I receive calls and emails from Office Managers on a daily basis in regards to User IDs. Even though they are granted administrative access, they still have to contact us to activate/deactivate User IDs, change permissions or reset passwords.

I recently watched the political debate here in Canada for the upcoming national election and I paid particular attention to the conversation/accusations on the healthcare transfer of payments that run currently at a VERY unsustainable 6%. One caveat got me thinking. One of the strong requirements for that percentage is “Reducing wait times”. In my world I refer to that as an SLA or in longer terms, a “Service Level Agreement”. In other words, "I will work harder to get healthcare services to you faster". Faster NEVER means better.
