Is ClinicServer available outside of Canada?
Absolutely! ClinicServer is available in over 190 countries.
Are there limits on locations, practitioners, patients, rooms or resources?
There are no limits in ClinicServer. Our clients range from small, single location clinics to large multiple location clinical corporations.
Can you migrate my data from our current system and how much does it cost?
We can migrate the data from your existing clinic management system as long as you can provide the export. The cost to migrate your data is $100/hour (approximately 1-5 hours).

What payment options do you accept?
While it varies depending upon your country, the most commonly available are PayPal, VISA and MasterCard.
Can I take certain features and make my own package?
We do not currently have the ability to change the features/prices in these packages.
Can I have 1 practitioner at GROW and 1 practitioner at SIMPLIFY?
When you subscribe all practitioners are at the same subscription level.

What are the system requirements to run ClinicServer?
Windows computer running the latest version of Java.
Macintosh computer running the latest version of Java.
All data is stored at our secure Data Center located in Saint John, NB, Canada.
Data integrity – no data is stored on your local computer. If your computer crashes or is stolen, your medical records are not lost, or worse, compromised to someone. Our servers are in a corporate datacenter. This means that the environment is secure and protected from power and Internet outages. Your medical records are backed up daily (automatically) and offsite backups are done on a routine basis. This means you do not have to manage your backups on your own or pay for the service.
User level access. Your office manager may not need to access chart notes, just as your providers may not need to access financial information and management reporting functionalities should obviously be reserved for management. ClinicServer allows users to define their own levels of access so the right people have access to the right information.
While your information is being sent and received it is encrypted using SSL encryption.
What happens when I lose my Internet connection?
Losing your Internet connection is a fairly uncommon thing with today’s technology. If you do find that your computer loses the Internet you can still access the basic functions of ClinicServer from your mobile device (Apple, Android and BlackBerry). Also, most modern smart phones allow you to turn your phone into an Internet hot spot, allowing your phone to provide Internet to your computer.
